Terms
Last updated 17 August 2026
Sketyo is a daily drawing game made by one person, offered as-is and free of charge. Using it means agreeing to what's below.
Your account
You need an account to play, you're responsible for what happens under it, and you must be at least 13. One account per person.
Sketyo also plays inside Discord, as an activity. An account made there is an ordinary Sketyo account and these terms are the ones it's held to. Discord's own terms and community guidelines apply to you as well whenever you're playing in one of their channels, and posting a channel card is you posting it, not us.
What you draw
Your drawings stay yours. By posting them you allow Sketyo to store them and show them to anyone signed in, or to anyone holding a link you shared. "Share to Trending" enters a drawing in that day's leaderboard; it doesn't change who can see it.
What isn't allowed
- Above all: anything that sexualizes, abuses, or endangers minors. Child sexual abuse and exploitation has zero tolerance here, and the child safety standards page states how it's caught, removed, and escalated.
- Sexual content, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, or drawings made to abuse or threaten someone.
- Impersonating someone else, or posting others' work as yours.
- Automating play, or otherwise trying to break the one-drawing-a-day rule.
Every drawing and comment can be reported, and any account can be blocked. From the app or the web, they're the same account and the same controls. Reports are reviewed and content that breaks these rules is removed; accounts that keep breaking them are removed too.
Ending it
You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account, in the app or on the web, which removes your drawings with it. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or deleted.
No promises
This is a hobby project. It may go down, lose data, change, or stop existing. It's provided without warranty, and liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Given it's free, that's close to nothing.
